2025 Millennium Park Summer Film, Music Series Announced. Here’s the Schedule

The Millennium Park film and music series are making a return this summer.

Both the film and music series are free to attend.

Films are shown Tuesdays from July 1 to Aug. 19 and begin at 6:30 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m. Below is this year’s film schedule:

July 1 – The Sandlot (1993, PG)
July 8 – Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005, PG-13) — 20th anniversary
July 15 – Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989, PG-13)
July 22 – Love & Basketball (2000, PG-13) — 25th anniversary
July 29 – The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014, R)
Aug. 5 – My Best Friend’s Wedding (1997, PG-13) — Set in Chicago
Aug. 12 – Wicked (2024, PG)
Aug. 19 – Pride and Prejudice (2005, PG) — 20th anniversary and 250th anniversary of Jane Austen’s birth

Films are shown on a 40-foot LED screen at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion.

Audiences are welcome to bring blankets, chairs and picnics. Moviegoers can watch the show from the lawn or from the seating bowl.

The Millennium Park summer music series includes a lineup of national, international and local performers.

The free performances are also held at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion. Like the film series, audience members can sit from the lawn or in the seating bowl.

Performances take place Mondays and Thursdays from June 26 to Aug. 7. Music begins at 6:30 p.m. and runs through 9 p.m. Gates open at 5 p.m.
